Management Accounting in Hindi – प्रबंधन लेखांकन क्या है ?
Management Accounting ऐसी Accounting होती है जिसका काम ही होता है Management की help करना। तो आइये जानते हैं कि यह Management की कैसे help करती है। जिस तरह Financial Accounting से हमें Profit या Loss के बारे में पता चलता है कि साल के अन्दर हमें कितना Profit हुआ है? या फिर कितना Loss हुआ है? इसकी information हमें मिलती है साथ ही साथ जो Balance Sheet होती है वो हमें एक particular date पर कितनी Assets हैं या कितनी Liabilities हैं? इसके बारे में बताती है। Cost Accounting से हमें यह पता चलता है कि जो product हम manufacture कर रहे हैं उसकी per unit cost और उसकी total cost क्या है? किस तरह से हम cost को control कर सकते हैं, ये सारी information हमें Cost Accounting से मिलती है। Management Accounting में Financial Accounting और Cost Accounting से हमें जो भी output मिलता है उसे Management को provide किया जाता है ताकि important decisions लिए जा सकें।
Meaning of Management Accounting (प्रबन्धकीय लेखांकन का अर्थ) –
Management Accounting के अन्तर्गत Financial data को analyse करके future के लिए long-term या short-term decisions लिए जाते हैं ताकि किसी company या organization के goals को achieve करने में help की जा सके, साथ ही planning और controlling की जा सके। इसे Management Accounting कहते हैं। यह internal purpose के लिए की जाती है। इसके अन्दर जो reports बनायी जाती हैं वह सिर्फ इसलिए बनाई जाती है कि company अपने आपको improve कर सके। Management Accounting company की performance को boost करने और उसे smooth चलाने के लिए की जाती है। इसके द्वारा Managers को decisions लेने और अपने objective को पूरा करने में help मिलती है।
Definition of Management Accounting (प्रबन्धकीय लेखांकन की परिभाषा) –
“The presentation of accounting information is such a way as to assist management in the creation of policy and the day to day operation of an undertaking.”
Second short definition –
“Management Accounting is concerned with accounting information that is useful to management.”
Nature of Management Accounting (प्रबन्धकीय लेखांकन की प्रकृति) –
नीचे दिए गए points के through हम Management Accounting के Nature को अच्छे से समझ सकते हैं –
1. Provides accounting information (लेखांकन जानकारी प्रदान करना) –
Management Accounting अलग-अलग levels पर management को important information provide करती है यह Accounting information पर based होती है। इसमें information को इस तरह से present किया जाता है जैसी managers को ज़रूरत होती है। इसमें data को collect किया जाता है अलग-अलग policies के basis पर decisions लिए जाते हैं ताकि Profit को और बढ़ाया जा सके।
2. Cause and effect analysis (कारण और प्रभाव विश्लेषण) –
Management Accounting में कारण और प्रभाव के विषयों पर चर्चा की जाती है उसका विश्लेषण किया जाता है अगर कोई Loss हो रहा हो तो उसका पता लगाया जाता है कि वह किस वजह से हो रहा है और Profit जो होते हैं उन्हें compare किया जाता है।
3. Use of special techniques and concepts (विशेष तकनीकों और अवधारणाओं का उपयोग) –
Management Accounting में Accounting data को और अधिक उपयोगी बनाने की आवश्यकता के अनुसार कुछ special techniques और concepts का use किया जाता है। आमतौर पर जो technique use की जाती हैं वह यह हैं- Financial Planning, Standard Costing, Control Accounting etc.
4. Taking important decisions (महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लेना) –
Management Accounting के द्वारा अलग-अलग levels पर management को important information provide की जाती है जो इसके बड़े-बड़े decisions को लेने में useful होते है। Future में इन decisions के क्या फायदे हैं या नुकसान हैं, इन सारी चीज़ों के बारे में जानने के लिए data की study की जाती है
5. Achieving objectives (उद्देश्यों को प्राप्त करना) –
Accounting Information को इस तरह से use किया जाता है इस तरह से format बनाये जाते हैं ताकि Management Accounting के जो objective हैं उन्हें पूरा किया जा सके। Actual performance को targeted figure से compare किया जाता है।
6. Increase in efficiency (कार्यकुशलता में वृद्धि) –
Management Accounting में information का use इसलिए किया जाता है ताकि efficiency को बढ़ाया जा सके, काम को अच्छे से किया जा सके, performance को improve किया जा सके, कहाँ काम अच्छे से हो रहे हैं कहाँ नहीं इसके बारे में जान सकें।
7. Concerned with forecasting (भविष्यवाणी से सम्बंधित) –
Management Accounting future की Planning और Forecasting से related होती है साथ ही तरह-तरह की policies को बनाने में help करती है या guide करती है।

काव्य गुण - जिस प्रकार मनुष्य के शरीर में शूरवीरता, सच्चरित्रता, उदारता, करुणा, परोपकार आदि मानवीय गुण होते हैं, ठीक उसी प्रकार काव्य में भी प्रसाद, ओज, माधुर्य आदि गुण होते हैं। अतएव जैसे चारित्रिक गणों के कारण मनुष्य की शोभा बढ़ती है वैसे ही काव्य में भी इन गुणों का संचार होने से उसके आत्मतत्त्व या रस में दिव्य चमक सी आ जाती है। यह मुख्य रूप से तीन होते हैं -
ऐसी काव्य रचना जिसको पढ़ते ही अर्थ ग्रहण हो जाता है, वह प्रसाद गुण से युक्त मानी जाती है। अर्थात् जब बिना किसी विशेष प्रयास के काव्य का अर्थ स्वतः ही स्पष्ट हो जाता है, उसे प्रसाद गुण युक्त काव्य कहते है।
ऐसी काव्य रचना जिसको पढ़ने से चित्त में जोश, वीरता, उल्लास आदि की भावना उत्पन्न हो जाती है, वह ओजगुणयुक्त काव्य रचना मानी जाती है।
हृदय को आनन्द उल्लास से द्रवित करने वाली कोमल कांत पदावली से युक्त रचना माधुर्य गुण सम्पन्न होती है। अर्थात् ऐसी काव्य रचना जिसको पढ़कर चित्त में श्रृंगार, करुणा या शांति के भाव उत्पन्न होते हैं, वह माधुर्य गुणयुक्त रचना मानी जाती है।
